Flat shipping fees (slight variance due to forex)*:

  • USA: USD 10
  • Canada: CAD 25
  • UK: GBP 10
  • Eurozone: EUR 13
  • Australia & NZ: AUD 13
  • Singapore: SGD 5
  • SEA: HKD 50
  • HK: Free
  • Outside of above regions: USD 20

*Exact shipping fees to be calculated at checkout. 
Free shipping globally on orders above USD 200.

At present, we ship all orders (except for Singapore orders) out of Hong Kong.

Orders with Singapore addresses will be couriered locally. 

    Customs & Duties

    We DO NOT cover duties on your package. If your order is ABOVE USD 100, you MAY be charged duties of 5 - 15% (which will be honestly quite nominal relative to your order).

    Singapore and Hong Kong orders ship with duties and GST inclusive. 

    If our Singapore shop is out of a certain product, we will proceed with partial fulfilment of your order, which means part of your order will be fulfilled first via Singapore and once an item comes back into stock, our Singapore or Hong Kong shop will ship out the rest of your order. 

    SG & HK Pick Up 

    At present we don't have any local pick up options for our handbag accessories. Stay tuned for when our handbag store hosts the next pop up!

    Delivery Times

    The delivery time depends on your country and can range between 7 - 14 business days. Please ensure this ENTIRE time has elapsed before contacting us for tracking updates. 

    Returns

    All claims must be made within 5 days of the product being delivered (as shown in the tracking status). No return claims may be made after this period. 

    Returns for accessories (Lionel, Fluffy, Ferdie, Dustin, Strap Shortener etc...) may only be made on the basis of (a) receiving a faulty product or manufacturing defect or (b) incorrect fulfilment of a product order. 

    Returns may NOT be made on the basis that in the opinion of the customer, such accessory is not well fitted for the handbag in question. Each handbag will be different and fit will depend on many aspects including age, usage, leather etc.... If we have provided you with guidance as to sizing, note that this can only be taken as advice but may not guarantee the desired fit in the particular handbag.   

    Chargebacks/Fraud

    MGFT has a zero tolerance towards fraudulent refund claims and/or unauthorised chargebacks.

    If you have any issues, we urge you to reach out to us first before commencing a chargeback as contrary to popular belief it is NOT a way for a simple return and it WILL affect your credit history if you use the card again to shop online anywhere (not just here). 

    We reserve the right not to sell to customers showing a high risk of fraud and/or have had a history of making credit card charge backs here or in our handbag website as detected by software on our website.
